Returns
Customers come first. Return refunds are processed within 30 days from date of return arrival at HPH, 16767 Bernardo Center Dr #27201, San Diego, CA 92198. Doing what is right for out customers is the role of the Returns Manager who may attempt to contact the customer at their phone or email to determine a best outcome to take care of the customer. Products for returns are New and slightly used products within 30 days of purchase. This includes products that are opened or have been slightly used. Returns are to be sent by mail only, customers are responsible for the return packing information. Refunds are issued through buyers original payment method and currency. There is no Restocking Fee. Exchanges are accepted when applicable. Returned Products must be defective for return to be accepted. Include information related to any defects in products with order number on a typed or written piece of paper with order number inside packaging.
